A top quality DOC wine, produced only in extremely limited quantities. "Colle Manfredi" is made by our Abruzzo vineyard specialising in growing the Montepulciano vine.Only the very best of the years grape production is held back to make this wine, lovingly overseen by Alberto Di Biase who has over 45 years experience in the art, this is one of the best Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wines available.

This dry red wine is made solely from Montepulciano grapes, cultivated on the hills of Abruzzo a region in the centre-south of Italy. The wine has a deep red colour with violet hues, is full bodied and has a velvety smooth taste and a rich, fruity fragrance. During the ageing process the wine is mellowed for some time in oak casks which helps to define its unique personality. Colle Manfredi drinks best with strongly flavoured pasta dishes, roast meats, game and cheeses. It should be allowed to breathe for a couple of hours before drinking and drunk at room temperature (approximately 15-20 deg C).
